Awareness campt at Indirapuram (Ghaziabad) |

An awareness and membership camp was organised at Shipra Sun City on Sunday 17th Feb'08 between 1000 hrs. to 1830 hrs. Initially, the camp activity was slated to finish by 1630 hrs. but seeing the public response, it was further extended by 2 more hours. Many people attended the camp and were quite inquisitive about BPD as a party. There were some IITians also who showed a very keen response. Infact, one gentleman was very keen on how the party was arranging funds and whether it was using the IIT Alumnus platform to generate funds or not.
The best achievement of the camp was that the Co-Chairman of Ghaziabad RWA Federation, Mr. M.K. Machama himself visited the camp along with some office bearers of Jaipuria Sunrise Greens RWA. He spent about an hour interacting with the BPD workers and appraised BPD efforts to his best. He even called our Party President then and there to congratulate him personally for this feat ! In the end, he departed giving us all his blessings and pledging his full support to our cause.
In a nutshell, this camp was another great milestone achieved towards creating awareness about our party. We shall be holding our next camp in Sahibabad on coming Sunday from 1400 hours onwards. |
